  • In 2000, Bill started working on designing and manufacturing video encoders for streaming video over the Internet. At the same time Bill worked with ABC, ABC NewsOne in implementing Mpeg2 compression over satellite. This new technology was used successfully for the 2000 election year at both parties’ National Conventions, Presidential debates, Election Night and the Presidential Inauguration. Bill was one of two Technical Managers for all of these events. Today, this technology is standard operating procedure.
  • Starting in 2000, Bill started selling his video encoders to the church market and to major corporations. These encoders produced some of the best video streamed over the Internet, both live and On-Demand. Even today, most of these encoders are still in use. The Billy Graham training center, The Cove, purchased one of these encoders and has been streaming live 24 hours a day 7 days a week for over 8 years.
  • In 2004, Bill was one of two technical managers for ABC NewsOne operation. That same year Bill was contracted by an investment firm to design and manufacture a totally new video encoder that would be able to produce “High-End” presentations via the Internet. Bill became certified as a Windows Embedded developer, designing and building custom operating systems. By, April 2004, this investment company had their new product. This product had several new innovations and has been submitted for International Patents. This product is now sold nationally and internationally for $21,995 list price.
  • Today, Bill is still involved with national and international broadcasters such as ABC, CBS, NBC, BBC, NHK, Fuji TV, HD-NET, CBN, KBS, The Associated Press, Univision, etc. Bill is also 1 of 4 traveling Technical Managers for ABC. This year Bill served as Technical Manager for both parties national Presidential Conventions, GMA’s (Good Morning America) 7 Wonders, Whistle Stop (AM-Track train), Charley Gibson, World New Bus tour, 7 cities Live in 9 days.

Bill’s real desire has long been to provide a “plug and play” video streaming solution for churches worldwide at an affordable price. Using new proprietary technology, Bill, in concert with Church on Video, will be able to deliver a product by the first of 2009 that every church can afford.
